ABOUT THE SPACE
Secure car parking space available immediately within apartment complex. I own one of the apartments within the development where the flat is rented to tenants but does not include the car parking space. The complex is known as Rialto apartments, postcode is NE1 2JR. Entry is via a car parking fob.
RENT
£120PCM for car parking space with £60 deposit for car parking fob. First payment of £180 (deposit + first month's rent) to be paid by bank transfer (BACS), further monthly payments by standing order.
A written contract to be signed in person or via fax/email.
PARKING HOURS
The space will be offered for parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the period of rental.
DISCOUNTS
5% discount for a 6 month contract and 10% discount for a 12 month contract.
