	WANTED Location: Sutton I have a large 3 bedroom H/A house in Wallington,Surrey. Has front drive that fits 2 cars,medium sized rear garden. The house is only 3 yrs old and we have been the only tennants. Close to plenty of schools,shops,doctors and all forms of transport. I'm looking to go to either Coulsdon,Chipstead,Banstead,Tadworth or Epsom. I need a 3 bedroom house which must have a rear garden for my children and dogs. Please no offers of flats. No witheld numbers will be given any information,sorry but I've had to many time wasters.
