FLAT EXCHANGE WANTED. I have a 2nd floor 2 bed
d flat in Hamble, it is a very quiet block of 6, the area is extremely lovely and nice, the block is less then 3 years old so everything is still new, i have 2 double bedrooms, the decor is all neutral and there is laminate vinyl on the floor, except the bathroom and kitchen that has non slip flooring. The bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath. The flat is all electric no gas at all. The communual area is cleaned once a week. The neighbours are very nice but you dont see them from one day to the next so very quiet. There is a little childrens play area 100 yards or so away,
there is a beach is at the bottom of the road, there are local shops near by and the village is not far away either. There is plenty of off road parking. The views of the sea from the kitchen window are fantastic can even see the cruise liners going by. i would like to exchange for a 2 bed house or a 2 bed flat any area considered.

 3Bed mid terreced house St albans AL1... its a
small estate in a loop shaped road.... close to main station,town all amenaties,colleges,schools etc. morrisons is only 5 mins walking away...... my house has a small,medium and large bedrooms... small kitchen and bathroom (which is downstairs)....... Comfortable size front room.... room sizes and pics can be seen on the link.........
There is a small cupboard area upstairs that was once a toilet but then it was used as a utility area for the washing machine/dryer now its a storage cupboard but still has all pipework if you wanted to turn it back into a toilet as i have obtained a new toilet/cistern and sink..

 We live in a quiet village in the Oxfordshire
country side. We have a 3 bedroom property in good condition with a seperate Garage for car or storage. A school 3mins away and a shop 4mins away... at the most 300 people live here.... Oxford is 25mins away and Swindon is 20mins away. You need a car to live here as buses are part time. We have a small kitchen and the village only uses electric as we have no gas mains. small garden with 2 seperate street allys.. dinning room and seperate front room... 3 bedrooms with the smallest being a box room... we only have to move due to a change of job. must see please call us.
