Coucil exchange from a 4 bedroomed house in
redditch to a 4/5 bedroomed hoouse in blackpool. I have a 4 bedroomed house in the woodrow area of redditch which is 10 minute walk away from the hospital, 5 minute walk away from the smal shopping centre and doctors and only 5-10 minute walk away from he first schools and the high school. There is no middle school on woodrow but there is one abot 5 minutes away by bus. I am very close to a main bus route where the buses run abou every 10 mins in to the town centre.  We have a 4 bedroomed detatched house with
driveway in Bassett.
We have a large living room which is at the back of the house so leads onto the garden.
Average size kitchen.
Downstairs toilet.
The house has wide doors etc for wheelchair access.
Upstairs bathroom.
Main bedroom has built in wardrobe.
This summer we have taken over a large area to the side of our garden, we have removed all the trees and shrubbery and put up a new fence.
At the moment the garden is still being worked on so is a bit of a mess. The pics were taken before the work to extend the garden.
The garden is 56 ft x 36 ft and we have a fenced off area which has a pool in it... this fence can easily be removed.
