Our house has 3 floors. On the ground floor you have wc and a kitchen/diner with double doors leading to the garden. the garden has decking at the bottem with shed and extended patio at the top.
1st floor has a double bedroom and living room with bay window.
2nd floor has a double bedroom and a single. the bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is also a large storage cupboard on this floor. There is also a ladder into the loft. I have sizes of all the rooms.

Coucil exchange from a 4 bedroomed house in

 We have a 4 bedroomed detatched house with
driveway in Bassett.
We have a large living room which is at the back of the house so leads onto the garden.
Average size kitchen.
Downstairs toilet.
The house has wide doors etc for wheelchair access.
Upstairs bathroom.
Main bedroom has built in wardrobe.
This summer we have taken over a large area to the side of our garden, we have removed all the trees and shrubbery and put up a new fence.
At the moment the garden is still being worked on so is a bit of a mess. The pics were taken before the work to extend the garden.
The garden is 56 ft x 36 ft and we have a fenced off area which has a pool in it... this fence can easily be removed.
there is also a large area down the side of the house.
We are looking for a 4/5 bedroom house in southampton only,we cant accept a 3 bedroom as i have 6 children .
It must have a good size garden.
Non estate and do not want a terraced house.
