Coucil exchange from a 4 bedroomed house in
redditch to a 4/5 bedroomed hoouse in blackpool. I have a 4 bedroomed house in the woodrow area of redditch which is 10 minute walk away from the hospital, 5 minute walk away from the smal shopping centre and doctors and only 5-10 minute walk away from he first schools and the high school.  We have a 4 bedroomed detatched house with

The house has wide doors etc for wheelchair access.

This summer we have taken over a large area to the side of our garden, we have removed all the trees and shrubbery and put up a new fence.
At the moment the garden is still being worked on so is a bit of a mess. The pics were taken before the work to extend the garden.
The garden is 56 ft x 36 ft and we have a fenced off area which has a pool in it... this fence can easily be removed.

I'm looking to move due to poor health.
There is a lady underneth me but it is only a one bed one floor flat so as you come in my front door there is only one flight of stairs leading to my hallway. Off the hallway i have a very large lounge/dinning room which easily fits a six seater dinning table plus a 3 seater sofa and two, two seater sofas and still room to play for the grandchildren. Also off the hallway is the kitchen which was refurbished in jan 06 and the bathroom which is due to be refurbished soon.
Upstairs i have three double bedrooms the largest bedroom was once made into two rooms for my boys.
Just five mins around the corner you have the local tube station which is on the northern line.
