The Villa which is privately owned is located on the very popular estate called Indian Ridge, West Kissimmee, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is approximately 10 minutes from Disney World and about 30 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios. It comprises of 3 bedrooms which sleeps 8 persons, games room, fully equipped kitchen, family lounge with settees and coffee table, large TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. The private screened swimming pool is south facing allowing the sun on the pool all day. On the patio just outside the pool area is a gas BBQ.
